This month, Tonghe Paper’s brand-new fully automated molded pulp production line was officially put into use at our Dongguan manufacturing base. Equipped with upgraded forming, hot-pressing and drying integrated equipment, the new workshop boosts our daily production capacity by 42%. For global clients, the mass production cycle of customized pulp trays is shortened from 15 days to only 9 days. We are now capable of undertaking super-large bulk orders for electronics, household appliances and food packaging, while maintaining consistent dimensional accuracy and surface quality for each batch of eco pulp products.
